ORA-01000 - Maximun open cursors exceeded

If the error fired, have to increase MAXOPENCURSOR parameter in init.oraor have to alter the system parameter

ALTER SYSTEM SET OPEN_CURSORS = 1000 SCOPE=BOTH

It sets an array up to 1000, but not allocate 1000 cursors.
